Idzutsu cheering on Erika

Today was a PR-Event to announce the start of production for the stage adaption of "Pacchigi!" and the original director Idzutsu Kazuyuki (56) attended the event as well.

In 2005 he created the original "Pacchigi!" movie with no other than our Sawajiri Erika (23) in the role of the heroine, her breakthrough in the international movie world. He's involved in the stage play adaption to make sure that it stays true to the original and on the occasion of that event he also had a few sympathizing words for Erika. "Sawajiri-san, I want to know how you are doing. Please contact me once. Don't let yourself become discouraged by this repelling society, please hang in there."

Would he like to work together with her again? "I'd do it, if I got the chance. I have her number, but I wonder if she's going to pick up the phone." He said with a smile.
